Hi, I’m Phyllis Weaver Abbott. I developed this practice and I’ve been teaching for 5 years. Working with your microbiome is the cutting edge of self care and self development. See, feel and hear your microbiome. Empathize, connect, feel love and gratitude for this amazing part of your body. Working directly with your microbiome is a totally new type of wellness practice. There is no traditional practice for working with the microbiome because no one knew the microbiome existed until about 15 years ago. You’ll combine simple traditional techniques, mindfulness, guided imagery, imagination with the new science of your microbiome. The Microbiome Sessions are a series of guided meditation classes.
